| The Major Activities undertaken by Rtronix on a Turnkey basis are: |

Making a detailed project report :
for an up coming channel including, Focus, Strategy and positioning of the channel. Technical requirements, Commercial feasibility and Marketing angle of a channel, with a three year projection for Capital cost and recurring cost |

Tying up with :
satellite service provider for the desired bandwidth in C band or Ku Band, for Up linking
the channel and for contribution network (News Gathering). |

Regulatory Procedures :
Rtronix takes complete responsibility for filling up the necessary documents for the various ministries
and following up with them to get the requisite permissions like Teleport, Channel Up linking and Down
Linking, Operating License, and Site Clearance etc. These ministries include Ministry of Information and Broadcasting,
Department of Telecommunications, WPC, SACFA and NOCC. |

Complete planning and designing of the channel infrastructure and
including contribution network:
Rtronix takes complete responsibility including designing, integrating, commissioning and
testing the Teleport, Contribution links, Studio equipments, Automation and Scheduling etc. |

Planning and designing the Studio Interiors, Acoustics,
Lighting and Studio Sets for the channel:
This includes a turnkey job involving planning for the interiors and acoustic treatment, schematic
and diagrams as per the space requirements, space management, finalizing the materials for the studio acoustics,
designing the studio sets as per the programmes, lighting grids etc. |

Operational support :
including sourcing of Technical Manpower, Training and other related Technical Handholding
activities. Rtronix can also take up the complete Technical operations of a Channel. |

Designing and Developing the Look and Feel of the Channel :
Rtronix has the required expertise for developing the appropriate look and feel of the cannel,
as this is a very important aspect of any channel. The look and feel along with templates and promos becomes
an integral part of running a channel and its first impression to a viewer. |

Channel Sales and Marketing :
Rtronix can take up the complete Channel marketing and space sales through its sister concern, Beacon Adcom. |
